I just love this quote from Eckhart Tolle – one of my favourite teachers. It is so easy to get caught up in the outer world of  everyday, outer-world living, and to forget that a) there is an inner world and b) to be mindful of that world throughout all the outer ‘happenings’.

All my daily ‘have-to-do’s’ become of paramount importance. And yet, in the middle of it all, surges a Life Force so powerful that I could have peace of mind and joy in every moment should I just remember to stay aware. I think of the flower, blooming in the field. No matter what is taking place, it continues to bloom. It knows not of any other option.
