Eckhart Tolle – A comprehensive website where you can subscribe to Eckhart Tolle TV, download monthly videos and partake of Eckhart’s teachings. Eckhart experienced his own awakening, or shift as he calls it, many years ago. He is a powerful mentor for me on my journey through life and I am eternally grateful for his work.

The Work – by Byron Katie. A simple and powerful means of identifying the stories our minds create and challenging their validity, which in turn leads to a clear and peaceful mind. I have used, and still use, her work extensively to help separate out the chaff of the mind chatter and the essence of the real me.

Michael Singer – Author of The Untethered Soul and The Surrender Experiment, Michael’s extraordinary journey inspires us to rise above the dramas of the mind and emotions into the powerful light of that which we truly are.

Steve Taylor – Author of The Leap: The Psychology of Spiritual Awakening. I love how this work demonstrates the various stages of awakening, how some occur almost instantaneously as a result of a major life event that is usually shocking, and others are a slow and gradual experience. Steve’s in-depth and comprehensive research helps bring about understanding of what is happening in this process and why. He is also a most beautiful poet.

Steven Pressfield – Author of The War of Art. This is a butt kicking wake up call if you are living a life avoiding/escaping that which you are called to do. Stephen is a multi-talented, highly successful author. In The War of Art he details his own journey of avoidance/escape and his awakening to the devastation created by resistance. More than ever in these times, we need to be living our life purpose – the planet and its people need us. Stephen’s brilliance will help project you through your own resistance, providing his profound solutions and inspirations.
